Christmas Tree Lightings

December 1 – Broadway at the Beach Christmas Tree Lighting

Holiday Markets  

This holiday season, take advantage of the opportunity to shop local art and products produced right here along the Grand Strand! Every Friday afternoon through December 14th stroll in the sunshine at Barefoot Landing. For more festive fun, Market Common will also be hosting a Holiday Bazaar every Saturday afternoon featuring the coolest Christmas crafts and specialty homemade food!

MarshWalk Wonderland of Lights

Starting November 17 and running through December 31 for New Year’s Eve, walk along the MarshWalk in Murrells Inlet for a festive atmosphere! Lights will be displayed by all the waterfront restaurant and synced with holiday music! Enjoy a fresh seafood dinner and hushpuppies before taking a stroll along the boardwalk to get into the holiday spirit!

The Great Christmas Light Show

Beginning November 23 and running through December 30, load up the car with some Christmas cookies and the whole family and head to North Myrtle Beach Sports Complex for The Great Christmas Light Show! Drive through 1.5 miles of twinkling lights and holiday scenes for the perfect end to a silent night!

Night of a Thousand Candles

Brookgreen Gardens famous Night of a Thousand Candles is here for the holiday season! From 3 pm to 10 pm Thursdays and weekends December 6 through December 22 you can visit the gardens and see the candles and sparkling lights along the winding paths. Live entertainment and yummy refreshments will be available to keep you warm!

Holiday Horse Drawn Carriage Rides

Every Saturday in December prior to Christmas, head to Market Common for complimentary horse-drawn carriage rides through the streets and shops! Rides are available from 3 to 6 pm so take the chance to get into the holiday spirit before grabbing a bite to eat at one of the various restaurants in Market Common.
